Italian Macaroni

ITALIAN MACARONI This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Greene Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1991.
Ingredients
- 2 boxes macaroni and cheese shopping list
- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 small white onion diced shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper diced shopping list
- 16 ounce jar spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 2 cups pepper jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Make macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
- Brown hamburger, onion and pepper then drain and add spaghetti sauce.
- In rectangular baking dish layer hamburger then macaroni and cheese then jack cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
