Chicken Pot Pie 1

- 1 cup leftover or poached chicken or turkey, diced shopping list
- 2 cups leftover or fresh vegetables (broccoli, peas, fresh celery) shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2 T sherry shopping list
- 1 packet prepared dry chicken gravy mix shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 cup milk to thin mix shopping list
- 1/2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1 tsp salt (prefferablysea salt) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper shopping list
- 1 sheet refridgerated pie crust or make your own. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except pie crust together. Pour into a greased 9- 10" pie plate.
- Cover with pie crust, trim to fit. Cook until brown approx 35- 40
- min @ 425 degrees.
- Crust should be browned and contents bubbling.
