Raspberry Yogurt Cake

- 1/2 cup raspberry yogurt shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 3 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup raspberry preserves shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together except preserves and beat well until smooth.
- Pour into greased round cake pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Heat preserves in saucepan stirring constantly until almost boiling.
- Remove from heat and cool 2 minutes then spread over cake then cool before serving.
