Ingredients
  • 1 (16 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tbls drained capers
  • 1 tbls prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp hotsauce
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the cheese; mix well.
  2. Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole; bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over top; bake 5 minutes more.
  4. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
