Crab Souffle Spread

- 1 (16 ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbls drained capers shopping list
- 1 tbls prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp hotsauce shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all of the ingredients except the cheese; mix well.
- Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole; bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese over top; bake 5 minutes more.
- Serve hot with assorted crackers.
