Easy Onion Dill Bread

                    - 1/2 cup milk shopping list
 - 1 1/2 tbls sugar shopping list
 - 1 tsp salt shopping list
 - 2 1/4 tsp butter shopping list
 - 1 pkg dry yeast shopping list
 - 1/2 cup warm water shopping list
 - 2 1/4 cup flour shopping list
 - 1 tbls instant minced onion shopping list
 - 1/2 tsp dried whole dillweed shopping list
 - 1 tbls butter, melted shopping list
 - 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Scald milk; remove from heat.
 - Add sugar, salt, and 2 1/4 tsp butter; stir until sugar dissolves and butter melts.
 - Cool 105 - 115 degrees.
 - Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.
 - Add cooled milk mixture, flour, onion, and dillweed; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer ubtil smooth.
 - Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, 45 minutes or until tripled in bulk.
 - Punch down the dough.
 - Beat with a wooden spoon for 30 seconds.
 - Place in a prepared 9 inch pie pan.
 - Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
 - Brush top with melted butter; sprinkle with salt, if desired.
