Rocky Road Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1 (20 oz) roll sugar cookie dough

1/2 cup salted peanuts

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 (6 oz or 1 cup) semi sweet chocolate chips

1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping

Directions

Line a 12" pizza pan with foil and grease it well.

Press cookie dough to make a crust in the pizza pan.

'Bake this for 13 to 16 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Sprinkle with toppings and drizzle the caramel topping all around.

Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.

Let it cool, remove from foil, cut into wedges using good knife or pizza cutter.
