A candy pizza made with cookie crust and topped with all sorts of sugary things. Adults and kids alike seem to enjoy it. Got recipe from one of those check out stand cookbooks...either pillbury or land o lakes.
Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) roll sugar cookie dough shopping list
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts shopping list
- 1 cup mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1 (6 oz or 1 cup) semi sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping shopping list
How to make it
- Line a 12" pizza pan with foil and grease it well.
- Press cookie dough to make a crust in the pizza pan.
- 'Bake this for 13 to 16 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle with toppings and drizzle the caramel topping all around.
- Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Let it cool, remove from foil, cut into wedges using good knife or pizza cutter.
