Ingredients
  • 1 8oz. container creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 1/2 vanilla bean,split lengthwise
  • 41/2 tsp. sugar

Directions
  1. Place creme fraiche in medium bowl. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean into creme fraiche. Stir in sugar. Cover;refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Do ahead: Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Keep refrigerated.
