How to make it

  • Place creme fraiche in medium bowl. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean into creme fraiche. Stir in sugar. Cover;refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Do ahead: Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Keep refrigerated.
