A good and easy chocolate glaze.

Ingredients
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate,chopped or 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4c heavy cream

Directions
  1. Melt chocolate or chips. Stir in heavy cream. Microwave on medium 15 seconds;stir. Let cool 5 mins. before spooning over cake and guiding down the sides with metal offset spatula. Makes enough to coat 8 or 10" cake.
