I have not used this mix... but I have read that the potato starch makes a big difference in pastry doughs....Make a batch of this mix and keep as a base for making wheat free - gluten free cookies, pies, cakes and more. Ingredients
- 2 cups tapioca flour shopping list
- 2 cup cornstarch shopping list
- 1 cup potato starch shopping list
- 4 cups sweet rice flour shopping list
- 4 rounded teaspoons xanthan gum shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, mix well, and place in a plastic bag or closed container. Store it with your other baking goods. Do not refrigerate.
