How to make it

  • Shred boneless chicken legs or breast and mix it with wine, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of oil to help shredded chicken to separate easily when frying.
  • Place 1-1/2 Tablespoons oil in wok and heat.
  • Stir-fry chicken until medium well and move to side of wok.
  • Stir-fry Savory Veggies in remaining oil.
  • Add Stir-Fry Veggies and stir briefly.
  • Mix and add Sauce.
  • Cover and cook until steamy, then stir-fry to mix well.
  • Remove from wok and serve.
