Ketchup Sauce Chicken

- 1/2 lb. boneless chicken legs or breast shopping list
- 1/2 Tablespoon cooking wine shopping list
- 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- Dash of pepper shopping list
- 3/4 Tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- savory Stir-Fry Veggies shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons minced green onions shopping list
- 1/2 Tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
- Stir-Fry Veggies shopping list
- Total of 1-1/2 cups diced celery, onion, and carrot shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup shopping list
- 1/3 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 Tablespoon sugar shopping list
- Dash of pepper shopping list
- 1/2 Tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons water shopping list
How to make it
- Shred boneless chicken legs or breast and mix it with wine, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
- Add 1 Tablespoon of oil to help shredded chicken to separate easily when frying.
- Place 1-1/2 Tablespoons oil in wok and heat.
- Stir-fry chicken until medium well and move to side of wok.
- Stir-fry Savory Veggies in remaining oil.
- Add Stir-Fry Veggies and stir briefly.
- Mix and add Sauce.
- Cover and cook until steamy, then stir-fry to mix well.
- Remove from wok and serve.
