How to make it

  • grind dry white rice bread into crumbs
  • take 2 cups of the crumbs (put rest in freezer)
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 3/4-1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4-1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup parmigan cheese
  • mix well. use as regular breading meat, meatballs, fish,etc.
