How to make it
- Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
- Brown pork chops on one side then turn.
- Stir together preserves, ginger and cider vinegar then add to skillet.
- Cover skillet then lower heat and simmer 5 minutes then serve.
