Ginger Plum Pork Chops

- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 boneless pork chops shopping list
- 8 ounces plum preserves shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground dry ginger shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
- Brown pork chops on one side then turn.
- Stir together preserves, ginger and cider vinegar then add to skillet.
- Cover skillet then lower heat and simmer 5 minutes then serve.
