How to make it

  • Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  • Brown pork chops on one side then turn.
  • Stir together preserves, ginger and cider vinegar then add to skillet.
  • Cover skillet then lower heat and simmer 5 minutes then serve.
