Veal Burgers Recipe
Ah, there's nothing like the smell of a hot grill in the summertime. These burgers are delicious and juicy and are sure to be a welcome addition to your BBQ!

Ingredients
  • 1 slice bread, torn into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 pound ground veal

Directions
  1. Place torn bread into a bowl and sprinkle with milk and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix in egg until combined.
  3. Season with basil, rosemary, and pepper.
  4. Mix in veal until evenly mixed.
  5. Shape veal mixture into four patties. Make a small indent in the middle of each patty. This helps keep your patties flat after grilling.
  6. Preheat a grill for medium heat.
  7. Grill veal burgers to desired degree of doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium. Place a slice of cheese on each burger, and allow to melt for about 1 minute before serving on grilled buns.
