Feijoa Cake With Cream Cheese Icing

This is a delicious slightly tangy but sweet moist cake.
Ingredients
- FOR cake... shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 cup mashed feijoas shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 75g butter shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- FOR icing.... shopping list
- 2 Tabelspoons butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup icing sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind. shopping list
How to make it
- For cake...
- place the first 6 ingrediants into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
- place mix into a seperate bowl and fold in the remaining 5 ingrediants.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180c.
- Ice with cream cheese icing.
- For icing...
- Beat butter and cream cheese until creamy.
- Mix in icing sugar and lemon rind.
- Beat well.
