How to make it

  • Heat (medium)10" pan or skillet melt Margarine or butter evenly over surface of the pan
  • Place Chicken into the pan
  • Allow Chicken to cook in the Butter/Margarine
  • Season to taste
  • Great with baked potatoes, cooked carrots or green beans
  • I also like to cut it into 1" strips and put it on a salad
  • My girlfriend enjoys turning the left overs into chicken salad which tastes great with the added flavor of the chicken
