Virgin coconut oil coleslaw

- 1 c. Virgin coconut oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp. stevia (or other type of sweeterner you prefer ) to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. celery seed shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar shopping list
- Shredded green cabbage shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add vinegar
- Slowly blend in VCO
- Pour over shredded cabbage and immediately enjoy.
- Note: coconut oil is usually solid but liquifies when warmed.
- So one may have to melt their coconut oil if it's in its solid state.
