Virgin coconut oil coleslaw

I am currently on a VCO kick ( virgin coconut oil ) and belong to the Coconut forums. Virgin coconut oil is never heated, bleached, or heat processed etc. Virgin coconut oil although has saturated fat, the type of fat and its chemicaly compostion is digested in a way that actually can help get rid of belly fat, lower cholesterol, help with some thyroid conditions ( low ) etc. Read more So I am posting a few of the recipe from the coconut forums Mufa ( Monounsaturated Fatty Acid.) are also present in olives, avacodoes, nuts etc. ) For more about the coconut forum, just Google it. Ingredients
- 1 c. Virgin coconut oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp. stevia (or other type of sweeterner you prefer ) to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. celery seed shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar shopping list
- Shredded green cabbage shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add vinegar
- Slowly blend in VCO
- Pour over shredded cabbage and immediately enjoy.
- Note: coconut oil is usually solid but liquifies when warmed.
- So one may have to melt their coconut oil if it's in its solid state.
