Ingredients
  • 1 c. Virgin Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. Stevia (or other type of sweeterner you prefer ) to taste
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • Shredded green cabbage

Directions
  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Add vinegar
  3. Slowly blend in VCO
  4. Pour over shredded cabbage and immediately enjoy.
  5. Note: coconut oil is usually solid but liquifies when warmed.
  6. So one may have to melt their coconut oil if it's in its solid state.
