How to make it

  • sok the lamd in water and salt for the blood come out
  • deep fri the vegtable the carrots and the potatos and the eggplant ,cali-,.sok the rice with water
  • use a presser cooker for the lamb or a pot so chop the onion and
  • with the samna cook for a litte bet add the lamb and the water ,heat on high so the water start to boil and add the spices but the salt dont add until you are done cooking the lamb then you add the salt .
  • in pot cook the thin pasta with some oil unttil golden brown .
  • you will need a big pot and put the garlic thin slices and theslices of tomatos then the lamb and after that the vegtables,some garlic and then the rice that you mixed with the thin pasta and garlic and net meg .poor the lamb water that you cooked the lamb in ,until the water covers the rice and then add plate to keep the to gether
