This is a very fast and easy dip

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cu mayonaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. Knorr vegetable mix

Directions
  1. Thaw spinach. Place on a paper towel and press until barely moist.
  2. Combine all ingredients and stir well.
  3. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. Serve with crackers or mixed, raw vegetables.
