How to make it

  • In a biggish bowl combine flour, peel and allspce. Rub in the butter.
  • Mix in the sugar and sultanas, then add milk, vanilla and egg.
  • Preheat oven to 190°C. Place 2 rough balls of mixture (about 2 Tbsp each) on a lined baking tray.
  • Sprinkle with extra raw sugar and bake for
