How to make it

  • Boil potatoes just until tender (about 15 minutes).
  • Cook elbow macaroni according to directions on back of box.
  • Combine all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Lower temperature to medium and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with cornbread.
  • ***Can also add 1 lb. ground beef that has been browned and drained.
