lemon lime marinade

great marinade for chicken or pork, add wood chips for a better smokey flavour, makes 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup steak sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- mix everything together
- coat meat of your choice
- let stand for at least 2 hrs (best overnight)
- grill or BBQ and enjoy
