How to make it

  • With meat mallet,pound the veal until flat. Dredge in the flour.
  • Heat the butter in a saute pan. Saute veal over low heat on both sides until golden. Add the garlic,onion and peppers. Saute till vegetables are soft. Drain and discard any accumulated liquid.
  • Add the sherry,stock and marinara sauce. Let simmer till reduced by about half.. Serve plain or with pasta.
