Breadfruit Cheese

Can be served with a salad and maybe meat with gravy
Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Breadfruit shopping list
- 2 oz. butter shopping list
- 6 oz. grated cheese reserve some cheese to sprinkle on top. shopping list
- 8 teaspoons milk shopping list
- 1 green sweet pepper or 1 red sweet pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 medium size onion chopped shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Peel breadfruit and boil in salted water.
- Drain well and mash with butter and milk
- When breadfruit is creamed, add egg yolks, onions, green or red pepper and grated cheese.
- Whisk egg whites until fluffy and fold lightly into mixture
- Pour into a well greased pie dish.
- Top with grated cheese
- Bake in the centre of a moeate oven 300 degrees F for 30 minutes or until the top becomes golden
