Spinach with Snap Peas Pepper

Since my husband and I are on Nutrisystem now, we're trying to come up with new Salad recipes to get away from the hum-drum salads

1 yellow pepper (sweet), diced shopping list
1/4 c. purple onion, diced shopping list
4 c. baby spinach, washed shopping list
2 c. snap peas, washed and snapped in half shopping list
1/4 c. fat free sweet vidalia onion dressing (using Maple Grove Farms of Vermont currently, but Drew's Organic has a fantastic orange ginger...or something like that) shopping list
1/4 c. slivered almonds, no seasoning shopping list

Combine pepper, onion, snap peas together. Before serving, add spinach and dressing, coating all well. Upon serving to table, add almonds to each plate...the almonds can get soggy if added and refrigerated with dressing.
