Confetti Potato Puffs

A fast and easy way to use those leftover mashed potatoes. Quantity of ingredients will vary, depending on the amount of mashed potatoes you have.
Ingredients
- mashed potatoes shopping list
- 1 T of each of the following per serving of potato shopping list
- diced green pepper shopping list
- diced red pepper shopping list
- diced bermuda onion shopping list
- shreddid cheddar cheese shopping list
- crumbled bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Place mashed potatoes in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Stir gently to incorporate
- Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray
- Sprinkle with garlic salt
- Using a large scoop place each serving on the sheet pan.
- Bake 425 for approx 10 minutes.
