A fast and easy way to use those leftover mashed potatoes. Quantity of ingredients will vary, depending on the amount of mashed potatoes you have.

Ingredients
  • mashed potatoes
  • 1 T of each of the following per serving of potato
  • diced green pepper
  • diced red pepper
  • diced bermuda onion
  • shreddid cheddar cheese
  • crumbled bacon

Directions
  1. Place mashed potatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients
  3. Stir gently to incorporate
  4. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray
  5. Sprinkle with garlic salt
  6. Using a large scoop place each serving on the sheet pan.
  7. Bake 425 for approx 10 minutes.
