Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup chipolte bbq sauce
  • 1 table spoon hickory liquid smoke
  • 2 table spoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 table spoons tried oregeno
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 4 gloves fresh minced garlic
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1/2 cup old cheddar
  • 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 tea spoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 egg

Directions
  1. mix all of the above together well.
  2. Roll into balls, all the same size
  3. Press out meat into 1 inch burgers
  4. Place in freezer 20-30 minutes to firm
  5. Grill on medium heat 8-10 minutes per side
  6. Remove from grill when done.
  7. Add condiments as desired.
  8. Along with a glass of wine . Cheers!
