Honey Glazed Sweet Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Wash sweet potatoes and cook, unpeeled, in a small amount of water. When tender, peel and slice lengthwise.
  • Combine other ingredients to make a sauce.
  • Place potatoes in a skillet, pour sauce over them and cook to heat thoroughly over very low heat. Basting frequently.
