I love the honey glaze.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 6 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/3 cup orange juice

Directions
  1. Wash sweet potatoes and cook, unpeeled, in a small amount of water. When tender, peel and slice lengthwise.
  2. Combine other ingredients to make a sauce.
  3. Place potatoes in a skillet, pour sauce over them and cook to heat thoroughly over very low heat. Basting frequently.
