Ingredients

4 chicken drumsticks

3 tlsp garlic

2 tlsp brown sugar

2 tlsp soy sauce

2 tlsp sherry

1 tlsp white wine vinegar

1 tsp chilli flakes

a squeeze of lime juice

Directions

nice and simple mix all the ingrediants together except the chicken make sure the sugar has desolved the place the chicken in to sauce an dmarinade for aleast 20 mins.

take out of fridge and put on the top shelf of your oven at gas mark 5

serve with rice and a glass of saki
