this is anice food for buffets a meal for friends and easy an dquick prepare early and have drink with friends while you wait
Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks shopping list
- 3 tlsp garlic shopping list
- 2 tlsp brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tlsp soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tlsp sherry shopping list
- 1 tlsp white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp chilli flakes shopping list
- a squeeze of lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- nice and simple mix all the ingrediants together except the chicken make sure the sugar has desolved the place the chicken in to sauce an dmarinade for aleast 20 mins.
- take out of fridge and put on the top shelf of your oven at gas mark 5
- serve with rice and a glass of saki
