- cake shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp soda shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 ½ cups oil shopping list
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple shopping list
- 2 cups chopped bananas shopping list
- 2 cups chopped pecans shopping list
- cream cheese frosting shopping list
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 stick butter, softened shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- CAKE
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add eggs and oil.
- Beat until well blended.
- Add vanilla, pineapple, bananas, and pecans.
- Pour into 9 X 13 pan.
- Bake at 350º oven for 25 minutes to 30 minutes.
- Cool.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting.
- FROSTING
- Beat cream cheese and butter until well blended.
- Add vanilla and beat.
- Add the sugar a little at a time until all is well blended.
- Beat in pecans.
- Frost cake when cool
