Peach Relish Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine peaches, vinegar, raisins, brown sugar, honey, and mace in a saucepan.
  • Put the cloves and cinnamon in a cheescloth bag and add to mixture.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Remove spice bag.
  • Cover relish and chill.
  • Serve with ham or pork chops.
  • This recipe comes from Southern Living 1985 Annual Recipes.
