How to make it

  • In a Molcajete Tejolote (Mortar and Pestle), rub with the lime prior to juicing, smash the garlic, cilantro, pepper, red onion and tomato. Smash the avocado, and season with the lime juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • The beauty of this is the chunks of flavor within. You could blend it all in a food processor, but you would loose the flavor chunks.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
