Ingredients

Pilsbury Frozen Pie Crust

1/2 lb. Hamburger

1 pkg. Taco seasoning

Bag of spinach

2 c. Frozen mixed veggies

1-2c. Cheese (optional)

1 Onion

Directions

Thaw pie crust.

Prepare pie pan with crust.

Cook hamburger and mix with taco seasoning.

Meanwhile, saute chopped onion with bag of spinach in an olive oil coated pan

Add frozen mixed veggies, grated cheese, and spinach and onion to hamburger.

Pour into pie crust.

Cover with second crust. Pinch to close.

Take a knife and slice small openings at the center of the crust to release steam.

Bake at 350 from about an hour to an hour and a half, or until crust is golden brown. Place pie pan on a sided cookie sheet to catch the grease released while baking

Once cooked let cool to desired temperature.
