- 5 roman lettuce leaves shopping list
- 1/2 cup corn shopping list
- 60grm goatcheese shopping list
- black olives shopping list
- tomatoes shopping list
- 2tbsp vinegar shopping list
- 1tbsp olive oil shopping list
- pepper, salt shopping list
- 1tsp mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- mix the vinegar/oil and pepper with lettuce and tomatoes
- add mayonnaise to corn
- the rest is commonsense:)
- this salad has balanced calories and nutritients .
- fats from olive oil and olives.
- carbs from lettuce and tomatoes and corn
- and protein from cheese
- makes a complete meal and takes 5mn to make
- enjoy!
