Potato - Cabbage Curry

Thanks to my friend, Jaci, I love to have this dish when the winter blahs have got me down. I'm rather fond of it with fish.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp ghee, oil or butter shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds or ground mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp turmeric shopping list
- 1 tsp ground coriander shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cayenne shopping list
- 6 med potatoes, diced shopping list
- 1/4 head cabbage, coarsely shredded shopping list
- 2 c water shopping list
- 1 c yogurt shopping list
- 2/3 c green peas or 1 can drained chick peas shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil and add spices
- simmer 10 minutes to develope flavours
- add potatoes and cabbage,stirring to coat
- cook 5 minutes
- add water, cover and simmer 30 min. stirring occasionally
- remove cover and add yogurt and peas
- heat thru
