Ingredients

2/3 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped parsley

4 teaspoons fresh lime juice

2 teaspoons granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

In small bowl mix sour cream, parsley, lime juice, sugar and salt.

Blend thoroughly then set aside until ready to use.

Funny you should say try it on a baked potato! We have been testing goat cheese in new ways and that is one of the options! I am also finding that its a great substitute for sour cream and less fattening ;)
