How to make it

  • Take a large pot over medium flame and add some olive oil.
  • Saute garlic until it is brown.
  • Now pour in the water and let this get to a boil.
  • Then you will toss in the bouillon granules, taking the flame to low for about 20 min stirring occasionally.
  • Finally, stir in the tomatoes, and the whisked eggs.
  • Season this to your taste and serve!
