How to make it

  • Mix enough mustard and horseradish to coat outside of roast.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place roast on rack.
  • Roast as usual.
  • If placing roast directly on pan bottom, do not use spread on bottom of roast as it will burn.
