Red Flannel Hash

                    - 1 can Hereford brand corned beef shopping list
 - 1 - 14 oz can Harvard style diced beets shopping list
 - 1 sm onion, diced shopping list
 - 1 lb frozen hash brown potatoes shopping list
 - 1 Tbs. each butter and EVOO shopping list
 - 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
 - salt and pepper to taste shopping list
 - sour cream for garnish shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Saute onion in butter/EVOO for 5 minutes.
 - Add hash browns and fry til golden
 - Break up beef and add to spuds along with salt and pepper and garlic
 - Cook 5 minutes and add beets
 - Heat thru and serve with a dollop of sour cream
 - Serve leftovers next day for breakie with poached eggs
