Claras Chocolate Cake

This cake gets better as each day passes. It will keep for a week, but only if you hide it. It's only draw-back is, it doesn't work as a layer cake.
Ingredients
- 3 c AP flour shopping list
- 2 c sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 c COLD water shopping list
- 1 c vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tsp vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla or 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp orange or almond extract shopping list
How to make it
- Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl
- Add wet ingredients and stir to mix well
- Pour into a greased and cocoa'd 9 x 13 pan
- Bake at 350 F for 30 - 35 minutes or until cake tests clean
