Claras Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

3 c AP Flour

2 c Sugar

1/2 c Cocoa

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Baking Soda

2 tsp Baking Powder

2 c COLD Water

1 c Vegetable Oil

1 tsp Vinegar

2 tsp Vanilla or 1 tsp Vanilla and 1 tsp Orange or Almond Extract

Directions

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl

Add wet ingredients and stir to mix well

Pour into a greased and cocoa'd 9 x 13 pan

Bake at 350 F for 30 - 35 minutes or until cake tests clean
