Chiffon Angel Recipe
The original recipe called for lemon, but I've made orange, lime, peach and raspberry. If there's a jello and a juice you like together, go for it. Try a little Zest or fresh ginger, even cinnamon (good with peach).

Ingredients
  • 1 Angel Food Cake, cubed
  • 2 c Boiling Water
  • 2 - 4 serving size pkgs Lemon Jello
  • 1 can frozen Lemonade concentrate
  • 1 large cont. Cool Whip

Directions
  1. Place cake cubes in a dry 13 x 9 glass dish
  2. In a large bowl, pour boiling water over Jello
  3. Stir, then refrigerate til starting to thicken
  4. Add cold water to juice concentrate to make 2 cups
  5. Stir into thickened jello
  6. Beat with mixer til foamy
  7. Fold in Cool Whip
  8. Pour over cake
  9. Cover and refrigerate til set.
