Chiffon Angel

The original recipe called for lemon, but I've made orange, lime, peach and raspberry. If there's a jello and a juice you like together, go for it. Try a little Zest or fresh ginger, even cinnamon (good with peach).
Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake, cubed shopping list
- 2 c boiling water shopping list
- 2 - 4 serving size pkgs lemon Jello shopping list
- 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate shopping list
- 1 large cont. Cool Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Place cake cubes in a dry 13 x 9 glass dish
- In a large bowl, pour boiling water over Jello
- Stir, then refrigerate til starting to thicken
- Add cold water to juice concentrate to make 2 cups
- Stir into thickened jello
- Beat with mixer til foamy
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Pour over cake
- Cover and refrigerate til set.
