Honey Mustard Glaze Steaks with Grilled Onions

Very nice change of pace from the ordinary grilled steak. This one has a very nice mixture of herbs and spices that make this a very unique and very tasty steak. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coarse grain mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon water shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 well trimmed boneless beef top loin steaks shopping list
- 1 large white onion cut into thick slices shopping list
How to make it
- Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce and pepper.
- Place steaks and onions on grid over medium coals then brush both sides liberally with glaze.
- Grill steaks and onions 30 minutes turning once half way through cooking.
- Brush constantly with glaze.
