Venison Meatloaf Spicy

- 1 1/2 Pounds ground venison shopping list
- 1 Large onion (Diced) shopping list
- 4-6 jalapenos (Seeded and Diced) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 Teaspoons Minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 15 saltine crackers (Crushed) shopping list
- 1 Cup Shredded Chedder shopping list
- enchilada sauce To Taste (Instead of ketchup) shopping list
- Salt and pepper to Taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese in large bowl.
- Mix with hands until ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape into loaf.
- Place in an ungreased loaf pan
- Bake 45 mins.
- Remove and drain fat (optional)
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 10-15 min. until cheese is slightly browned.
- Slice and Serve
