How to make it

  • Combine baking mix, evaporated milk, sugar, oil and egg in large mixer bowl
  • Beat at high speed for 30 seconds until blended
  • Fold in 3/4 cup almonds
  • Spoon batter into 18 paper lined or greased muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full
  • Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15-18 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
  • Remove to wire racks to cool completely
  • Combine powdered sugar and juice in small bowl
  • Spread over each muffin; sprinkle with remaining almonds
