How to make it

  • Combine the first four ingredients in a sauce pan and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Off the heat, stir in the cream.
  • Brush a bit of the sauce over the apples in the last two minutes of grilling, and drizzle more over the apples just before serving.

    Great post. I am with Tink on this one. Bourbon and Caramel. Great blend of flavors. Only I stop at the smearing caramel part. Too hard to clean up. Laughing.

    OK AS YOU KNOW I JUST LOVE ANYTHING CARAMEL I GUESS WITH THE ADDED BOURBON I CAN DRINK SOME FIRST.......lose myself then ...THEN SMEAR THIS CARAMEL SAUCE ALL OVER ME LOL ...OUT OF CONTROL NOW LOL..HAHAHAHA......WHERES THAT POLE AT???? LOL
