Molasses pecan pie

- 1 package (1 1/4 cup) glazed pecans shopping list
- 1 cup corn syrup shopping list
- 1/4 cup molasses shopping list
- 1 stick (1 cup) butter shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tbs flour shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 prepared 9 inch frozen pie crust (yes, I cheat!) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Give the pecans a rough chop.
- Melt butter and beat with eggs.
- Add pecans, corn syrup, molasses, vanilla and flour and beat until it looks consistent throughout.
- Pour into pie crust and bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
