Molasses Pecan Pie Recipe
Just like the simple pecan pie recipe but with a hint of molasses to stir things up a bit.

Ingredients
  • 1 package (1 1/4 cup) Glazed Pecans
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 stick (1 cup) butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 prepared 9 inch frozen pie crust (yes, I cheat!)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Give the pecans a rough chop.
  3. Melt butter and beat with eggs.
  4. Add pecans, corn syrup, molasses, vanilla and flour and beat until it looks consistent throughout.
  5. Pour into pie crust and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
