This salsa will knock your socks off! It is so tasty and still low sodium. Pair it with some low salt tortilla chips or even some mini rice cakes and have a party! This makes about 5 cups of salsa

Ingredients
  • 10 Large Roma tomatoes, cut in half
  • 4 ounces Jalapenos, Pickled, Ortega, canned
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Medium onion, cut in quarters
  • 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
  • 1/2 cup vinegar (rice wine vinegar is what we used)
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until well chopped. Pour into serving bowl and enjoy!
