How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter and add flour; cook, stirring constantly 5 minutes or until golden brown
  • Blend onion soup mix thoroughly with water
  • Sitr into flour mixture
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer 15 minutes or until thickened
  • Stir in turkey, vegetables, mushrooms, cheese, and pepper.
  • Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole; top with mashed potatoes, then sprinkle with paprika
  • Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly
