Cold Strawberry Soup Recipe
This is a differently delcious spring or summer strawberry soup

Ingredients
  • 1 quart (16 ounces) hulled strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 5 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark concord grape juice
  • 3 tablespoons Chambord liquor
  • 3/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • lemon juice to taste

Directions
  1. Puree in blender until smooth, the first 5 ingrdients
  2. Stir into the puree the last 3 ingredients
  3. Place into a NON-aluminum bowl or pitcher.
  4. Refrigerate until very cold -- minimum four hours.
  5. Taste and add lemon juice if too sweet.
