Cold Strawberry Soup

- 1 quart (16 ounces) hulled strawberries, halved shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 cup fresh orange juice shopping list
- 5 tablespoons superfine sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup dark concord grape juice shopping list
- 3 tablespoons Chambord liquor shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind shopping list
- lemon juice to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Puree in blender until smooth, the first 5 ingrdients
- Stir into the puree the last 3 ingredients
- Place into a NON-aluminum bowl or pitcher.
- Refrigerate until very cold -- minimum four hours.
- Taste and add lemon juice if too sweet.
