How to make it
- In a large ziplock bag put chicken legs, garlic, salt and soy sauce. Close the bag tight and shake it and rub in the salt all around the chicken. Refrigerate for 4hrs. or overnight
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Heat up a large frying pan with oil and layer all the chicken out..Close with a lid and let it fry on med. high heat for 10 min on each side. so it's nicely browned .
- Lay out the chicken legs on a cookie sheet spread with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35min or more till meat separates easy of the bones.
