Apple and Rhubarb Crumble

- 2 cups diced rhubarb shopping list
- 2 apples, peeled and quartered shopping list
- 2 tblsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain flour shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut shopping list
- 1/4 cup rolled oats shopping list
- 2 oz butter, melted shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to moderate (180C)
- Chop rhubarb and apples and add to sugar and water in saucepan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until soft.
- Melt butter, add dry ingredients and mix until even.
- Lay stewed fruit in a cassarole dish and cover with oat crumble mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
- Serve hot with cream or ice-cream
