How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to moderate (180C)
  • Chop rhubarb and apples and add to sugar and water in saucepan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until soft.
  • Melt butter, add dry ingredients and mix until even.
  • Lay stewed fruit in a cassarole dish and cover with oat crumble mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with cream or ice-cream
